Join this session for tips on how to use your camera settings to creatively capture nature in a visually interesting way. We will be looking at composition, focus, and colour.

Many professional offices and places of business have large prints gracing their wall space of things such as fields of flowers, a butterfly perched on a leaf, and a single dew drop on a rose petal. These beautiful images are all around us in nature. It just takes that special "eye" to not only see it but to capture it in a way that will turn that simple little piece of nature into a beautiful piece of art. We will learn how to use different angles, light and shadows, and settings to make subjects pop.

Jesse is a great instructor. V knowledgeable and helpful. For $95, I thought the yarn could have been better ie easier to see stitches. Nice cafe but a bit noisy. Overall I learnt a lot, and look forward to attending another session.

As a child, my Grandma introduced me to many creative things; music, and all things yarn, but crochet is, by far, my greatest passion. When I have the time, I crochet for the Octopus for Preemie Babies Qld charity who provide hospitals with crocheted octopus aids for babies in the NICU. I also LOVE making amigurumi (cute little animals), dolls and their clothes, baby blankets, scarves, beanies and bags.
I look forward to helping you start your crochet journey.

When I first picked up a crochet hook, I thought it was going to be tricky to learn but ended up being so excited at how easy it was! I like to try out new patterns of clothes and toys for my granddaughter and I really enjoy making wearables like beanies, tops and jumpers.
I would love to share the experience and joy of turning a ball of yarn into a personal handmade creation!
